Our Shipping Service
- We are normally able to dispatch orders within 2 business days. If we are unable to supply you within this time frame, you will be informed by e-mail.
- We accept payment via our secure payment service which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
- Postage and packing to UK addresses is £2.50 for up 1 item. £3.50 for 2 or 3 items. Further items are charged at £0.50 per item.
- Payment can also be made using PayPal. Please email us with your order and we will send you a PayPal invoice.
- Orders can be shipped to any address, provided the correct postage has been paid. However, in the interest of preventing fraud, we reserve the right to ship only to the credit card invoice address if we have concerns over the transaction. In this instance you will be advised by email before the order is dispatched.
- All UK orders are sent by First Class Post with a certificate of posting or recorded delivery.
Our Overseas Shipping Service

- Orders can be shipped to any address, provided the correct postage has been paid. However, in the interest of preventing fraud, we reserve the right to ship only to the credit card invoice address if we have concerns over the transaction. In this instance you will be advised by email before the order is dispatched.
- Postage and Packing rates for overseas are as follows: Europe £8.50 for up to 1 item, £9.50 for 2 or 3 items | Rest of the World £12.00 for 1 item, £13.00 for 2 or 3 items. Each further item is charged at £0.50 per item.
- All overseas packages will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed for service and are normally be delivered within 14 days of dispatch.
- Packages will need to be signed for on delivery.
- All packages sent outside the European Union will have a customs docket attached. Any Customs charges levied are the responsibility of the customer, not Ansador.
- Note to customers from NORWAY. We have had a small percentage of parcels returned by customs in Norway. If you order from here and your parcel is returned you can either have it resent to try again (at an extra charge) or have a refund less your original postage costs. A full refund will not be given.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money back promise on our products, so you can buy in complete confidence
If the goods you receive are incorrect because of our error we will pay all carriage costs - including those of the safe return of the goods.
If your goods are returned unopened and unused we will accept their return, and refund your money in full, excluding our outgoing and your return postage costs. Items purchased on the 3 for 2 offers will be refunded pro-rata. i.e. if you return 2 of 3 items unopened you will be refunded 2/3rds of the amount you paid. Please advise us by email if you wish to return items at sales@ansador.co.uk and full instructions will be given. Refunds will be made through the credit card used for the original purchase within 7 days from receipt of returned goods.
It is highly recommended that a Certificate of Posting is obtained when packages are returned. Ansador will not take responsibility for returns being lost in transit.
If you have opened the goods, then returns are only allowed should the product be of an unacceptable quality. In this unlikely event, please email us at sales@ansador.co.uk and we will advise accordingly.
Cancellations
Once made, an order can only be cancelled if the request is received before goods have been dispatched.
If the request is received in time, Ansador will refund the full amount through the credit card used for the original purchase, but reserves the right to levy a charge to cover credit card processing costs.
If the order has already been dispatched a cancellation request will be treated as a Return, once goods are returned to Ansador – see above.
Lost Items
We hope that all items reach you in good time. However, on rare occasions goods will be lost in the post. Please follow the advice below before contacting us.
Orders sent to the UK.
- Please allow 14 days for delivery before contacting us.
- Check with your Local Sorting Office to see if the parcel is waiting for you there. Our packages are too large to get through the letter box, so if you are not in when it arrives, the postman will take it to the collection point at the local post office and will leave you a card to say so.
Orders sent overseas.
- Please allow 28 days for delivery before contacting us.
- Check with your Local Post Office to see if the parcel is waiting for you there. Our packages require a signature, so if you are not in when it arrives the postman will take back to the local post office.
If after you have followed this advice, you have still not received your package please contact us on sales@ansador.co.uk with the following details;
- Date of purchase
- Items Purchased
- Transaction ID number
- Your name and address
Lost items will be replaced as soon as possible and sent to you by Recorded Delivery.
If you choose not to receive a replacement order, your order will be treated as a Return and you will receive a refund less postage costs – see above. |
